1. Multi-features for the group post:
Like creating posts on your Facebook Page, in the group, you can see many new features allowing you and your members to do whatever is needed to engage group attendants including Live Video/ Raise Money/ Watch Party/ Tag Event… (Picture attached)

2. Social learning group (Learning module)
This new feature is now available in the group which allows Admins to organize posts into units and change the order in which they appear. People can learn those units to get familiar with the group. To business aim, admins can educate customers, their group fans, and specific things related to the company, products or policies.

3. Mentorships
Going along with the Learning module above, learning in a group is wider than ever before, members do not learn from only Admin or moderator, they learn from each other. And Mentorship feature is available at the Insight section within the Facebook group. Like Facebook page insight, now you can have the insight from the Facebook group. 5. Brand Collabs Manager
On December 07, 2020, Facebook announced they are on the way to “expanding Brand Collabs Manager to include eligible Public Groups so that they will be able to partner with brands and monetize their engaged communities.” (New Ways For Groups And Brands To Collaborate)
Brand Collabs Manager (BCM) is available previously only to creators on Facebook Pages and Instagram, it works as a marketplace connecting brands and admins to promote products and services. And now, Public Group admins can jump into this marketplace to collaborate with brands to create creative campaigns that combine group insights with relevant brands’ products.

That is why you can see an increase in Facebook groups with a diversity of content creators in recent years, especially in early 2020. Admins can earn money from groups, not just Facebook pages only as previously.
